Welcome to the digital publications and mobile applications provided by Satguru Publication ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or accessing any application published by us on Google Play or through our website (https://satguru-publication.satgurumedical.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. License & Permitted Use
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use our applications on Android-compatible devices solely for your personal, non-commercial educational, and informational purposes.

4. Third-Party Services & Google Play Terms
Our applications are distributed through the Google Play Store and may integrate Google Play Services. Your access is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and developer guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Satguru Publication and its legal representative Ram Prakash shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications or from any inaccuracies in reference materials.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Katihar, Bihar, India.
