User Data & Account Deletion
In accordance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, users of applications published by Satguru Publication have the right to request full deletion of their accounts, stored records, analytics logs, and any personal information collected during their use of our apps.
Types of Data Deleted Upon Request
- Account Profile Data: Name, registered email address, and profile settings.
- Activity & Progress Data: Solved question histories, quiz scores, bookmarked study references, and custom notes.
- Analytics & Diagnostics: Associated anonymous analytics logs, crash traces, and device token associations.
Data Retention & Processing Timeline
Once a verified deletion request is received, our technical team processes the permanent removal from all production databases within 7 business days. Any residual backup logs are completely wiped in normal rotation cycles within 30 days.
If you have the app installed, you can also delete locally cached data instantly by navigating to Settings > Clear All App Data & Cache or by uninstalling the application.
